Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products.

To exchange an item, you will first need to return the original product and then place a new order for the desired item.

How to Return

Download and print the return shipping label we provide.

Package the product securely and attach the return label.

Ship the product back to us by mail.

Return Shipping Label: Free (provided by Backyard Wins).

Fees

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Important Notes

Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Used, damaged, or altered products (not due to manufacturer defects) are not eligible for return or refund.
